Located in all restrooms.
Infant Nursing Stations
Located in both First Aid Locations. One is located near the Front Gate, and the other is located in Splash Beach Water Park.
Bag Check
To help ensure that your visit is safe, enjoyable, and fun, Alabama Adventure reserves the right to inspect all items brought into the park. In addition to metal detectors, security officers may check bags, purses, etc. to determine if you have objects in your possession, which could accidentally injure you or another guest in the park. If you have any items that you feel may be questionable, please leave them in your car. Weapons are strictly prohibited at Alabama Adventure. Credit Cards MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Cards are honored at ticket booths and gift shops.
ATM Machines
First Financial Bank ATM machine are located at: Celebration Street - Emporium Gift Shop Magic City USA - Pizza Junction Splash Beach - Resort Gift Shop Disabilities/Hearing Impaired Guests For more information on access to all rides, please stop by the Guest Relations office located at the Main Gate. Service animals are permitted inside park. Wheelchairs are available for rental at Stroller Rental. Lost Parents All lost children (or parents) are directed to the Lost Parents Center located at Guest Relations at the Main Gate.
First Aid
Alabama Adventure has two First Aid Centers. One is located near the Front Gate, and the other is located in Splash Beach Water Park. Paging Policy In-park paging of guests is done for confirmed medical emergencies only. Pre-arranged meeting places should be planned prior to or upon arrival of your visit to Alabama Adventure. Messages can be left at Guest Relations near the Main Gate.
Inclement Weather
In an attempt to provide safety and convenience for our guests, Alabama Adventure has instant access to comprehensive regional weather forecasts and information. Some rides and attractions will close temporarily during electrical storms, heavy rains, high winds and other severe weather conditions. As soon as conditions permit safe operation, these rides or attractions will re-open. In the event of inclement weather that requires Alabama Adventure to shut down park operation for a period of 60 minutes or more, the park will issue complimentary tickets for guests to return to the park in the future.
